Special Treat

A special treat was a trip to the countryside, where my family and I funded a water well. The village has no electricity and the people were so thrilled and thankful to have fresh water. We went to 5-6 houses to pray for local people and gave out groceries. The entire village and people and leaders from neighboring villages came to join the crusade, which included worship, prayer declarations, words from the leaders and a sermon. A big feast of locally cooked food rounded off the event.
